Almond Biscuits



ALMOND BISCUITS

Almond biscuits originally come from China.They barely use flour.It requires minimal flour to form a dough the dough should be soft.They are delicious with a cup of tea. They are a chewy type of biscuits that is one thing i love about almond biscuits. I hope you all will love it.

Ingredients:

250g  butter
1/2 cup oil
1 cup sifted icing sugar
1 cup maizena
1 cup chopped almond
Flour as required to form soft dough.

Directions:

Cream butter and sugar
Add the maizena and chopped almond
Gradually add flour to form soft dough
Pipe like disks
Bake at 160 degrees for 15mins
Cool and store
You can add almonds ontop

It is as easy as that and voilaaa you are done.

It good to have it at 4' oclock tea time. You can aswell have it with coffee it goes as per your prefernce.
