KASHATA YA MAYAI (MATHLUTHE) Kashata ya mayai also known as mathluthe as the arab culture call it.I personally grew up knowing its called kashata ya mayai until my friend told me about.And she even taught me how to make it.I knew this recipe from her and i have loved it ever since..Its a combination of 3 ingredients only its flourless thats the one amazing thing about it. This is what you will need for this recipe: Ingredients: 1/2 kg ghee Sugar Eggs 1/2 tsp cardamon Directions: I did not indicate the measurements of sugar and eggs because I measure them according to the ghee container. BASBOOSA Basboosa is traditional Middle Eastern sweet cake/dessert.It is one of my favourite desserts to make. It is very simple to make. It is a combination of semolina flour and some milk powder.It is also made during celebrations like Eid and weddings.Its a type of cake that you pour golden syrup ontop but mine i use condensed milk for my syrup i find it rich and more yummy!Golden syrup in my opinion i find it kinda makes the cake sloggishhhh🙄🙄.Any ways !like i said thats my opinion HAHAH! MASALAH CHIPS Masalah chips are one of my favourite dish at all time..I prefer masalah chips than any other kind of chips.Its so spicy and yummyy. Most of my family members prefer this aswell.
