Gulab Jamuns

Image
GULAB JAMUNS Gulab jamuns are spongy indian sweet milk balls deeped in sugar syrup. Many people use theirs with mawa(khoya) but it is not readily available so i use mine with milk powder instead and the turn out soo well. When you use milk powder its  much easier and requires no experience since the dough is flexible and easily manageable unlike mawa its a bit challenging if you have no exprience with it the jamuns might not turn out well.As for me i have wroked with both mawa and milk powder but mawa its a 50-50 chance for i guess i dont know how to handle it well so as far till now i just go with milk powder and they are the best for me. To cut things short u can try with both and lemme know how your turned out.
